Most of my knowledge that will be shared from this Website comes from the School of Hard Knocks. Is This A Tenant Blacklist?
The short and the long answer are the same. No. In order to be a tenant blacklist there has to be a list going around and that is simply not the case. We don’t actively have a list. What we do is use information that landlords have been freely given and cross reference with information other landlords have been freely given to connect landlords by similar information.
No tenant information is ever actually shown to a searching landlord. You might liken us to a type of landlord Facebook or maybe a Linkedin for landlords. What you will notice about our site is the thing we most have in common is how we make our living. We are landlords and property managers.
